For Services Rendered
Our goal is
100% customer satisfaction. During the course of each individual engagement (event, training session, etc.), we will ask for specific feedback from you, the client, on the status of the project at that point. At the end of the project, we will ask for a formal "Signoff of Satisfaction." from you to verify that we met the content of the agreement.
If you are not satisfied with an aspect of our performance, we will work to resolve the issue either during or subsequent to the engagement. If we are unable to resolve the issue for that particular portion of the engagement, and you do not feel that you have received the value we promised, then you have the right to pay us what you believe that portion is worth,
even if that amount is $0. There is no risk when dealing with Consulting With Impact.
For Tangible Product
If our product does not meet your needs or was not what you expected, please return the product to us, undamaged,
within 30 days of receipt for a
100% refund of the purchase price.
For Downloaded Material
If our material does not meet you expectations in any way, inform us
within 3 days of your download for a
100% refund of the purchase price*.
* You will be asked to reply to an email prior to the crediting of the refund that you have destroyed all copies of the material in your possession or that were forwarded or stored.
