What Attendees Say About Our Training
"These
classes had a lot of content to cover in a short time frame, Ed did a
wonderful job of keeping his knowledge flowing and generating class room
participation."
"I
appreciated the handout material and will use it as a reference. Consultant
had expectations/goals and kept them. He respected our time. Side note a lot
of material in a short period of time."
" I
thought Ed was great. It is very refreshing to be able to relate the training
to what we do everyday. Many times, the training is just that...training that
never gets applied."
"He did
very well using the resources we have and giving actual examples of how it
personally relates to us."
"Overall
the session was interesting enough to keep our attention and keep us from
falling asleep. It is difficult to pull so many people away from our busy
schedules, but I beleive it was worthwhile. (8 hours would have been
preferred, but...)"
"I
thought the consultant did a very good job. He kept us interested and
involved."
"I
thought the instructor was one of the best i have had. I would recommend him
to anyone."

I guess I owe you a little background. This is from a survey that I conducted for a client where I gave very tailored training to all of the organization's management and supervision (technical, supply chain, shop floor, etc.). There were two groups of about 20 individuals each in a crowded area converted from a storage mezzanine - horrible acoustics, low ductwork, hard chairs. I think you get the picture. And each session lasted between 9 and 10 hours in one straight shot (with breaks and a very short lunch included).
And what was the scintillating topic that captured everyone's attention? Corrective and Preventive Action training, specifically as it applies to suppliers to medical device manufacturers.
If I can make THAT interesting and get rave reviews (100% were either Extremely Satisfied or Very Satisfied based on a 6-point scale), what can I do for YOUR training needs?
